terms of service for commission

• you cannot use any of the stuff I made, commission or not, for Gen A.I stuff.If posting online, credits would be appreciated.If you don't want me to eventually post the final art on my socials, or rather it be under NDA, extra fee needed for each use.

what i usually do

Please make sure you check the works i've done BEFORE contacting me. You can see the stuff I made in my portfolio, or going to each respective commission category and snooping around all the options in there!!

do: humans, creatures, furries, oc, fanart, ych, ship art, horror, gore, models, props etc

don't do: too much ahh realistic content, explicitly sexual content.

MAYBE?? ask first: Animated stuff, suggestive content, complex render, or anything not shown here really.
NOTE: If the anwser is yes, theres possibly an additional fee.

🛍️ PAYMENT / REFUNDS

• Payment are 100% upfront before I start working on the model.
if you have any questions you can contact me before ordering.• Prices are starting point. Depending on the complexity, some prices may vary.• Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the order due to unforeseen circunstancies.(I.E: events beyond my control happen and I'm unable to deliver the model in maximum time, which would be about two months)

⏰ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• I usually get a commission done in a week minimum, max 2 months, if the latter happens I'll always communicate with the client.• Orders with short delivery times will be subject to an additional rush / priority fee of %60 total order price. (This makes me prioritize you order over others).⚠️ Getting the rush fee doesn't always guarantee I'll for sure finish it in a week, nor guarantee it has the same quality as an non rushed order.It just makes me prioritize your request and try to work faster to get it done.

🌞 PERSONAL USE | COMMERCIAL USE | NDA & PRIVACY AND EXCLUSIVITY

Personal use applies to: using the artwork for yourself as icons, wallpapers, and overall non-monetized means.Commercial use applies to: using the final artwork for profit, I.E: promotional material, monetized content (I.E: thumbnails, streams, ads). Ideally for content creators.Commercial Merchandising use applies to: using the final artwork to create promote or re-sell it in digital or physical end products. Ideally for businessesI may post the final artwork online and use its contents for future projects, including commissions. If you do not wish for me to do that, an additional, separate fee for both scenarios may be applied.🟢 For commercial use: +80% of the total order value.🟢 For merchandise purpures: +150% of the total order value.🟢 NDA & Privacy orders: +100% of the total order value.
⚠️Please specify how long the order will be under NDA / when / if I can post it online after.🟢 Exclusivity orders (not re-use assets): +80% of the total order value.

I will regularly contact you to show WIPS & answer any questions about the order.You may request changes during early development. after late development additional change requests may be subject to additional fees.Communication will usually be fully through VGen, or through my Commission discord: tdreams_comms⚠️ Note: If we do communicate on discord, beware that all payments will be done via VGen.⚠️ Note: I wont be clicking any external links for character references and stuff like that, so please provide references through VGen platform or discord images ^^
